Oil and Gas, Energy, Power Generation and industrial Positions:
 
Director/Senior Manager - New Equipment and Aftermarket -
Multiple US Locations
• A four year degree is required and a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience required frequently includes full P&L responsibilities.  The size of the P&L will vary.
• Experience in strategy development and best practices usually required.
• Experience in a matrix structure usually preferred.
• Position may or may not include direct and indirect reports.
• Type of position/company may require global experience.
• Travel may range from 25% to 75%.
• Relocation provided if necessary.
• Excellent compensation and benefits packages.

Sales Engineer New Equipment – Manufacturers – Multiple Locations – US and Canada
• Most positions are based out of the US with some opportunities in Canada (especially the Calgary area).
• A four year degree in an engineering field (preferably Mechanical Engineer) is usually required but there are companies that will consider a combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree.
• Client relationships are required in your field of expertise – whether you are selling to EPC’s, OEM’s, end-users or through a distribution supply chain.
• Some companies will consider transferrable skills.
• Positions offer excellent base salaries DOE plus bonus and/or commission and benefits.  Based on the territory, a company vehicle may be provided.
• Many positions are based out of a home office.  Travel requirements vary by position.
• Relocation may be offered.

Sales Engineer Aftermarket Services – Multiple Locations – US and Canada
• Most positions are based out of the US with some opportunities in Canada (especially the Calgary area).
• A four year degree in an engineering field is usually required but there are companies that will consider a combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in selling aftermarket services is a must.  Position requirements are varied based on the type of company and can include areas such as selling outage services, upgrades, retrofits and different types of field services.
• Positions offer excellent base salaries DOE plus bonus and/or commission and benefits.  Based on the territory, a company vehicle may be provided.
• Many positions are based out of a home office.  Travel requirements vary by position.
• Relocation may be offered.

 Engineer – Multiple US Locations
• Positions available include working with new equipment manufacturers as well as companies that provide in-facility or field services.
• A four year engineering degree is required.
• Positions vary in scope and responsibility and cover many types of engineering roles – from applications engineer to R&D to mechanical service engineer to engineering manager.
• Experience in your field is required.
• Excellent compensation and benefits packages. 

Field Service Representatives – Multiple US Locations – Open to Location
• These positions typically require experience running planned and unplanned outages.
• A four year engineering degree is frequently preferred but there may be consideration for years of experience and specialized training in lieu of a degree.
• Travel requirements may be domestic or, in some instances, international.
• If the position is covering a US territory, you may be required to live within the territory.  Positions requiring extensive travel can usually be based from any location.
• Travel requirements are usually extensive.
• Compensation typically includes base salary, OT, per diem and benefits.  A company vehicle may be provided if travel is all located in a specific territory.
 

 
Agriculture, Heavy Equipment, CWP and Commercial and Residential Landscaping Equipment Positions:  

Service Manager – Multiple US Locations
• Experience as a Service Manager is required
• Experience preferred in ag or a heavy equipment industry
• Positions typically require management of a staff of 10-15 individuals (primarily mechanics although you may manage support staff as well)
• Ability to interact with internal staff as well as external customers ·         Mechanical aptitude required
• Compensation typically includes base salary plus bonus or incentive
• Positions are located in many different areas in the US  

Service Technicians – Multiple US Locations
• Experience working on heavy equipment is a must; ag experience is frequently preferred
• Knowledge of the software used on the product you are servicing; for instance, if you work on John Deere products, you need to be familiar with the software used
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical problems related to ag or construction equipment
• Excellent opportunity for advancement for techs wanting to move into Service Manager position
• Most positions are hourly and include bonus and excellent benefits
• Positions are located in many different areas in the US  

Corporate Aftermarket Manager – Multiple US Locations
• Experience working in ag or heavy equipment as a senior aftermarket manager position is required
• Need to have a dynamic personality as you are interacting regularly with senior management/owners as well as the store managers in multiple locations
• Positions are responsible for multiple areas such as strategy for all aspects of the aftermarket business
• Degree preferred but will consider experience in lieu of a degree
• Compensation typically includes base salary plus bonus/incentive and excellent benefits  

Regional/Territory Sales Manager – Multiple US Locations
• Experience required in the sale of agricultural or heavy equipment products
• Positions may be selling new or used equipment or a combination of both
• Strong relationship building skills with ag or heavy equipment users
• Positions typically sell to existing and future customers
• Compensation typically includes base salary plus bonus/commission and excellent benefits
